Returns are accepted

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send the product back within the next 14 days.

Cancellations or changes are not accepted.

Shipping

Estimated shipping time for products is approximately 3 business days.

Shipments will be made via Correos de Costa Rica or private courier service. An additional fee will be charged to cover shipping costs within or outside the Greater Metropolitan Area (GMA).

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice and are subject to changes in the policy of Correos de Costa Rica or the private courier company.

Shipments outside the Greater Metropolitan Area will be sent exclusively through Correos de Costa Rica and will be received by customers no later than 5 business days after delivery at the Correos de Costa Rica branch. However, delivery time depends on Correos de Costa Rica. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, Correos de Costa Rica delivery policies will apply.

At the time of purchase, the customer must specifically provide the delivery address (Province/Canton/District/Zip Code), phone number, email address, and ID number for delivery. The billing and delivery addresses must be the same.
